What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange your travel:

• Contact details — your name or business name, email address, and phone number.
• Trip details — departure and destination, dates and times, passenger count, preferred aircraft, and any additional requirements you choose to share.
• Technical and referral data — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We do not ask for payment card details, passport numbers, or any special category data through this website. Please do not include them in the free-text fields.

Why we use it

• To respond to your quote request or message.
• To source suitable aircraft, which means sharing the relevant trip details with licensed third-party operators.
• To arrange and coordinate confirmed travel.
• To understand which channels bring people to the site, so we can improve it.

We rely on your consent, given via the checkbox on our forms, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

To quote a charter we must share trip details with aircraft operators and, where a flight is confirmed, with the ground handling and permit providers involved. We share the minimum needed for each step.

We also use service providers that process data on our behalf: our website host, our content management system, our lead management tool, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. We may disclose information where required by law or by aviation and border authorities.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to confirmed travel are kept for as long as applicable aviation, tax, and accounting rules require.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the Novaire Aviation team members who need it to handle your request. Our forms carry spam protection and rate limiting.

Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose.
